Each Feldenkrais class explores a new movement sequence that invigorates your brain and nervous system with new ways of organizing and sensing your movement. The result? Time: Tuesdays, 10 am – 11 am
Cost: $32 resident, $36 nonresident or those younger than 55 years of age. Cost varies depending on the number of classes each month.
