Twelve Classic Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® Lessons
Created by Mark Reese, these lessons engage every part of yourself to create global improvement in your ability to sense and move. You will develop a second-nature understanding of how to better organize yourself for all of your daily activities. This audio program is an excellent introduction for people new to the Feldenkrais Method®.
Enjoy the benefits – breathe easily, stand and walk comfortably, sit and work at your desk with greater ease, improve your athletic performance, make it easier to get on the floor with your kids. Whatever you do in life, it can get better.
Mark developed these lessons in the early 80’s, inspired by those taught by Dr. Feldenkrais in the San Francisco and Amherst practitioner trainings in the 70s and 80s. While the lessons are along “classic” themes, the variations are quite unique. They make an excellent study aid for trainees and interesting variations for practitioners to teach and study.

Editor’s note: The lessons were originally published in the early 80s on audio cassettes under the title “Basic ATM Series”. I have done my best to edit and reduce noise for listenability.
