A fun, playful and fascinating lesson of getting to know your feet. Our feet do so much work for us, yet we don’t pay them much attention. Through this lesson, you will learn to differentiate, move, and sense the different parts of the feet. This creates ease and comfort not only in the feet but throughout your entire self. This lesson is one that my students talked about for weeks afterward.
This lesson cultivates a twist through the torso coordinating the flexors and extensors. Alternately expanding the chest and abdomen improves the twisting.
