Moshe Feldenkrais Through the Years
The Feldenkrais Method® was developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais (1904 – 1984). Moshe Feldenkrais (Doctor of Science, Sorbonne) was an engineer, physicist, inventor, martial artist, and student of human development.
Dr. Feldenkrais Teaching
Dr. Feldenkrais taught in Israel, Europe and the United States. He conducted two professional trainings in the United States in San Francisco, CA and Amherst, MA.

Hadaka-Jime
Images from the book, Hadaka-Jime: The Core Technique for Practical Unarmed Combat, a unique training program that is based on one core Judo technique, Hadaka-Jime. Dr. Feldenkrais developed the program as emergency ten-lesson training for soldiers in World War II.
