Different windows on a common vision.
When I met Moshe Feldenkrais in 1980, I had been doing Tai Chi for about 10 years, and had thought a lot about the lessons it has to teach about how we move and function in the world. I had a good sense of the possibilities to which it could allow access, and realizing those possibilities had become a major focus in my life — though I knew I had far to go. I was attracted to Moshe by the sense that he was working with the same possibilities, and had a better handle on them than anyone I had ever encountered. So I decided to study with him, and radically altered my life in the process.
