  • What's the best way to contact you?

    Send us an email using the form to the left or reply to your email receipt.

  • Can I place my order by phone or mail?

    If your concern is placing your order over the internet using your credit card, you will want to mail your order to us with a check or money order. If you place your order by phone, we still process your credit card via the internet. The only way to avoid this is with a check or money order. (This is true for gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores as well.)

    To prepare your order, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to your basket summary page. Print this page. Calculate the shipping by clicking the estimate shipping button below the shopping cart contents and add it to your order total. Make your check or money order payable to: The Feldenkrais Store. Checks must be drawn on a US bank.

  • I’m having trouble downloading to my phone or tablet

    Almost all our audio downloads are packaged in a .zip file. Your phone or tablet must be able to open a .zip file. There is a known issue with Apple iPhones and iPads. If your phone or table cannot open .zip files, you will need to download to your computer first and them import them to your device.

    eBooks in pdf format are compatible with most devices.

  • How do I access my download?

    You can access your download a number of ways. When you complete the order process you can download your product(s) from the receipt page. You will also receive an email receipt and an email notifying you that your order has "shipped" both of which will have a download link in them.

    Just click on the link and your download should start automatically. You have 7 download attempts and the links are good for 7 days.

    Backup your downloads! We are not responsible for replacing them if your hard drive crashes.

  • When I clicked on the download link nothing happened

    When you click on the download link a blank window in your browser will open and the download will start automatically. Your browser will download it to your default download location - usually a folder called "Downloads" or your desktop.

    If you are sure this didn't happen, please send us an email and we will help you resolve the issue.

  • My download didn’t complete

    Sometimes the download process get’s interrupted for some reason. Just try clicking on the link again. If you get a message stating your download link has expired just send us an email and we will send you a fresh link to try again.

  • My download link has expired

    Send us an email with your order number and the item you need to download. We will send you a fresh link so you can complete your download.

  • I can’t find my download

    Your computer will automatically download to your default download folder. This is usually something like “Downloads” or your desktop.

    You can also search by the item number. The name of each download if preceded by it’s item number.

  • I have forgotten my password

    Click the “Sign in” link at the top of any page. You will be taken to the login page. Click on the “Forgot password?” link and follow the instructions.

  • Where’s my shipment?

    You can check your shipment status from your account page. Just sign in to your account and click on the “View My Order History”. Here you can find your most recent order and check the status.

    If your order is being shipped outside the US it can take up to three weeks to receive it. Countries that we know take longer to receive shipments - four weeks or more - are Italy, France and South Africa.

    It is rare, but occasionally an order get’s lost. If it’s been more than three weeks in the US or four weeks for other countries, send us an email and we’ll reissue your order and start an investigation.

  • I have a damaged product or blank CD / DVD.

    It’s unusual, but it does happen. A product is damaged in shipping or a CD or DVD is defective in some way. Send us an email detailing the issue. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

    Please note that if you put your disc in your DVD player and you only have audio that you are probably listening to and audio CD not a DVD. DVDs are specifically labeled as such.

  • What is your return policy?

    30 Day money back guarantee on physical products. If you are not satisfied, just send us an email to get return instructions. There are no refunds / returns on downloads.
