Edward Yu is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitionercm and former triathlete, currently specializing in Bagua, Tai Chi and fitness training along with stroke recovery, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He is the author of The Art of Slowing Down: A Sense-Able Approach to Running and a new book on exercise, culture, information theory and evolution to be published in Fall, 2014. Edward has worked with members of the US Olympic Track Team as well as those in the Portuguese National Ballet (Companhia Nacional do Bailado).
