Based on his extensive
experience with overuse injuries, Cliff has designed these lessons for people
with RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, or other overuse
conditions.
These lessons help you discover the connection between your arms and the rest
of yourself, and assist you in learning to involve the legs, pelvis, spine
and ribs with the movement of your arms.
At the Feldenkrais Center for Movement, these exercises are used extensively
to help clients develop comfort with fine motor coordination of the hands
and fingers. Designed to help prevent hand and arm injuries, these lessons
can also alleviate painful conditions of the hand and arm.
