of the Feldenkrais Method to make it possible for anyone to benefit
directly from Yoga without fear of harming themselves and without the need
of direct supervision. This is yoga for people who have had difficulty with
yoga in the past. It is an approach to this ancient system of postures or "asanas"
in a modern innovative, empirical way. These Feldenkrais lessons provide
the flexibility you need to do yoga safely in the privacy of your own own
home.
