Balance is something you really only think about when you lose it. But do you
know what you are losing when you do? Do you know how you regain it?
Balance is a
dynamic process. Your sense of balance is continually responding and adapting
to the ever changing situations in your life.
Through Feldenkrais
Awareness through Movement® (ATM) lessons you will explore how
you have balance, how you can loose it and how to regain it. You will experience
some fundamental ideas about balance, as well as ways you can use and play
with it. You will discover greater stability and mobility by evoking a
more skeletal use yourself.
