The "Body Knowledge"
audio program includes three Feldenkrais mat lessons and one
seated lesson that will increase your awareness of your body in movement and,
as a result, enable you to recognize movement habits that may be inhibiting
your form or even leading you down the path to pain and injury. The gentle
movement sequences prepare bodies at all fitness levels to safely take on more
strenuous exercise. Incorporating them into your training or pre-game routine
will enhance your warm-up, deepen your mental focus, and give your that competitive
edge.
