I order by fax, phone or mail?
If you feel more comfortable with traditional
ways of placing your order you can print your order and fax it to us at
1-800-724-4333 or call your order in at 1-800-354-0575. Given that we are
a small company we may not be available to take your call right away. But
leave a message and we'll get back to you right away. If you wish to send
a check or money order you send your order and payment to: Genesis II, PO
Box 2615, Longmont, CO 80502. All checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn
on a U.S. bank. |
How
long does it take my order to arrive?
Most items ship within two working days
of receiving your order. Orders are shipped U.S. First Class or Priority
Mail. You should receive your order in 5-7 working days. Foreign orders
are shiped via Air Letter Post or Air Parcel Post.You should receive your
order in 1 to 3 weeks. The shipping charge for your purchase will be automatically
added to your order. |

What are
Downloads?
Downloads are digital MP3 audio versions of CDs that you can purchase.
Downloading the audio means you have immediate access to the product in
digital format that you can play on your mp3 player, computer or burn to
a CD in order to listen to it.
There is no shipping charge. If you live outside the U.S. there are no import
duties.
When you order a download, at the end of the checkout process you are sent
a link via email for each downloadable product that you ordered. Just click
on the link and the download process automatically begins.
How does the download process work?
You add the download product to your shopping cart and go through the checkout
process just like you would for any other product. The final screen of the
checkout process will be your invoice on which there will be a link for
each downloadable products you purchased.
In addition to an email invoice, you will also receive an email with your
download information and links to download your digital audio files.
Once you click on the link, a blank page will be opened in your browser
and the download will start automatically.
You have 3 download attempts authorized with your order so that if your
download gets interrupted for some reason you can try again.
If you have any trouble with your download please contact
us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I get an error telling me my download has expired but I have only
tried to download one time.
There is a known problem with Internet Explorer 7 where the default settings
will allow for only one download attempt. The way around this is to change
your internet settings in IE7 or set a different browser such as FireFox
as your default browser.
To change
the settings:
Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Downloads > Automatic prompting
for downloads to: Enable.
If you continue to
have trouble or you are not using IE7 and you have this problem, email
us as soon as possible and we will gladly reissue the download to
you.
How can I get help if I have trouble with my download?
The easiest way to get help with your order is to simply reply to the
email that contains your download information. You may also contact
us from the contact link on the website. We will get back to you as
soon as possible.
