I
initially started my recording business back in the
80's when I was in college - I called it Realities Incorporated.
I wanted to attend workshops and seminars on NLP and
Ericksonian Hypnosis, but as a college student, paying
the tuition was a challenge. Recording gave me a way
to attend.
Since I had a nearly life-long fascination and talent
with audio recording, I decided to offer my services
to record and sell tapes from the workshops and seminars
to pay for my tuition. My services were readily accepted.
By this means, I got to learn from some great talents
of that decade - Virginia Satir, Richard Bandler, John
Grinder, Steve Gilligan, Robert Dilts, and Steve and
Connirae Andreas.
In the late 80's, and off and on through the 90's, I
worked for NLP Comprehensive in a number of capacities
- I designed and managed their catalogs and brochures,
developed audio products, managed their product line,
and developed and managed their first ecommerce website.
I was also developing my own product line and managing
my own business - recording conferences and workshops.
During that time, I published a few titles on Living
Metaphors, Ericksonian Hypnosis and NLP. In the late
90's, my interest in the Feldenkrais Method®
began to develop and I started publishing titles by
Jack Heggie.
Once I got into the Feldenkrais Professional Training
at Feldenkrais Resources in Berkeley, California,
I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life. I started
phasing out the NLP and Hypnosis programs and adding
Feldenkrais Method programs.
Since then I have committed all my talent, interest
and passion to the Feldenkrais Method. The
Method changed my life in ways that I could not have
anticipated and in ways that NLP and Hypnosis did not.
I am forever grateful and committed to sharing the Feldenkrais
Method with the world.
