do I redeem my coupon? During the checkout process, on the Coupon, Shipping and Payment Options page, there is a box into which you enter the coupon code. Your discount will be automatically calculated after you click the "Continue" button. |

do I get a coupon? Join our mailing list. Once or twice a month we send out an eNewsletter with new or featured products, articles or videos. Each eNewsletter contains a discount coupon. In fact, sign up right now and receive and introductory eNewsletter with a 10% discount coupon code for your first order. |

I order by fax, phone or mail? If you feel more comfortable with traditional ways of placing your order, you can print your order and fax it to us at 1-800-724-4333 or call your order in at 1-866-871-4557. If calling from outside the United States, call our local number 303-709-0639. Given that we are a small company we may not be available to take your call right away. will my
order arrive? Most items ship within two business days of receiving your order. Orders within the U.S. are shipped First Class Mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Foreign orders are shipped via First Class International Mail or International Priority Mail. The order should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks. The shipping charge for your purchase will be automatically added to your order. |

there additional taxes or fees for orders shipped outside the US? Yes, depending on your country there may be a VAT or import duties added by your customs agency. Check with your government agency to learn about what additional fees you may need to pay. Note: There are no import duties or taxes when you purchase digital downloads. |

What is your product guarantee and return policy? We offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee for content, sound and mechanical operation on all of our products except digital downloads. If you have any problems, make your return within 60 days from the date of invoice and we'll make an exchange or give you full credit or refund. There are no returns on digital downloads. |

Do you have a finished, high-quality Feldenkrais audio product that you want to have published, duplicated and distributed? The Feldenkrais Store will duplicate the CDs, print the artwork and assemble the product for sale. Sales are exclusive to The Feldenkrais Store and through you if you, so choose. The cost is $1.50 - $2.00 / CD which includes the artwork printing, CD duplication, CD printing (B&W label) and assembly. You receive 50% of gross sales less the cost of duplication. Payments are made monthly. |

How do I submit audio or an eBook to be included in you download selections? Products accepted at The Feldenkrais Store must be high-quality production and content. The content must be Feldenkrais oriented to be accepted. If you would like your audio product or ebook to be available for download we will convert the audio to MP3, and create digital artwork from your existing artwork either by scanning it or by you providing the original artwork as a PDF or a design file. For an eBook you must provide us with a finished PDF. We will package the MP3s and the digital artwork in a zip file and upload to our servers. We will host the audio files or eBook and provide world-wide distribution. There is no cost for conversion or hosting. We simply split the gross sales 50 - 50. Payments are made monthly. |
