What
are downloads?
Downloads are digital MP3 audio files or pdf eBooks that you can purchase and
download from The Feldenkrais® Store. Downloading the audio or eBook means
you have immediate access to the product in digital format that you can use on
your mp3 player, smart phone, tablet, computer or burn to a CD in order to access
it. |

|
Is
there a shipping charge for downloads?
There is no shipping charge. |
|
|
|
Do I have to pay import duties or a VAT on
downloads?
Since downloads are not physical products and cannot be shipped, there are no
taxes or import duties. |
|

How
does the download process work?
You add the download product to your shopping cart and go through the checkout
process just like you would for any other product. The final screen of the checkout
process will be your invoice on which there will be a link for each downloadable
product you purchased.
In addition to the links on the invoice page, you will also receive an email
with your download information and links to download your digital files.
Once you click on the link, a blank page will be opened in your browser and the
download will start automatically.
You have 3 download attempts authorized with your order so that if your download
gets interrupted for some reason you can try again. |
|
|
|
Can I use a dial-up connection to receive
downloads?
We recommend a high-speed connection. A dial-up is too slow and can be interrupted.
Many of the files we sell are quite large - some over 300MB. A high-speed connection
will serve you best. |

do I get an error telling me my download has expired when I have
only tried one time?

us. We can help you trouble shoot the situation and get you a fresh download
link if you were unable to successfully download your product(s). |

I
downloaded my product(s), but where are they?
If you downloaded the files but you can't locate them, here are a couple of
things to try:
1) Search
your hard drive for the item code of the product you ordered.
Each downloaded file begins with the item code. For example:
Fel2dn_Master_Moves.pdf. In this case you would search for "Fel2dn".
Refer to your invoice or download email for the item code and
search your hard drive for it.
2) Find your default download folder:
Internet
Explorer: When you download files using Download Manager,
they're automatically saved in the Downloads folder. This
folder is usually located on the drive where Windows is installed
(for example, C:\users\your name\downloads). Click
here for more information about using Internet Explorer to
download files from the internet.
Safari: The Downloads window opens. If you
don't see the Downloads window, choose Window > Downloads.
To find out where a downloaded file has been saved, click the magnifying
glass next to the filename in the Downloads window.
Click
here for more information about using Safari to download
files from the internet.
FireFox: 1. At the top of the Firefox window, click
on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then
select Options or Preferences.
2. Click on the General tab if it is not already selected.
3. In the Downloads section, select Save files to.
4. To select a download location, click Browse.... Choose a different folder
to try saving files.
5. Click OK to close the Options window. Close the Preferences window.
Click
here for more information about using FireFox to download
files from the internet.

Why
won't my download unZip?
Most modern operating systems will automatically unZip the file. But on occasion
you might need the help of a utility. We recommend Stuffit Expander. It is
free and comes in both Mac and Windows versions.
StuffIt
Expander 2011 Windows
Stuffit
Expander 2011 Mac
Select the version
you want by clicking on the radio button. Then click "Start File
Download Now" button. There is no need to fill out any other information
on the page. The download of Stuffit Expander starts automatically. |

How
do I add my MP3s to iTunes?
There are two methods for adding your MP3s to iTunes.
1) Menu
Navigation
1. From the
File menu, choose one of the following choices:
Mac
· Add to Library
Windows
· Add File to Library
· Add Folder to Library
2. Navigate
to and select the file or folder that you want to add.
If iTunes is set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding
to library," iTunes will copy all content that is added to the iTunes library
to the iTunes Music folder.
2)
Drag and Drop Method:
Drag the MP3s to the iTunes icon in your dock or to the Library
at the top of the menu column on the left in iTunes. iTunes
will automatically import the audio files.
Each audio
file is tagged, so once you have them imported you can search
for the author or title to add them to your playlist. For more
information about working with iTunes click
here for more information about using iTunes.
